3rd BSMG Open National Inter School Games & Awards 2019:Volleyball

Event Description

Ø  The tournament will be played on knockout basis.

Ø  Each team will consist of 12 players+ 1 coach: No team will be allowed to play unless accompanied by a coach /manager/physical education teacher designated by the participating school principal.

Ø  The participating teams should report at the venue 30 min. before the commencement of their match.

Ø  If the team does not reach the venue after the scheduled time of the match a walkover will be awarded to the opponent team.

Ø  Teams must be prepared to play more than one match in a day.

Ø  The matches will be supervised by the qualified referees.

Ø  The match can be rescheduled in case of rain.

Ø  Any protest should be submitted in writing to the organizing secretary within 20 min. after the conclusion of the match with Rs. 500/- as protest fee.

Ø  The manager/coach will be responsible for the conduct of the team on and off the ground.

Ø  The organizing academy will not be responsible for any loss or accident, which occurred during the tournament.
